Welcome to the Vertiname Addressing Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”)
The Platform consists of three core components: the vertiname.om main site, the 3mc.tech query tool, and the post.3mc.tech dedicated courier addressing site. It provides globally unified, secure, and convenient addressing services. This user guide details the functions, operational procedures, and common issues of each platform to help you get started quickly.

Friendly Reminder: Before using the Platform, please read the 《Vertiname Privacy Agreement》 carefully. Your use of the service will be deemed as acceptance of all terms of the agreement. We will strictly protect your personal information and privacy security.

I. Platform Overview
The Platform aims to solve problems such as complex traditional addresses, inaccurate positioning, and inconvenient delivery through the “Addressing Name + Coordinates” model, offering a one-stop addressing solution for individuals, merchants, couriers, etc. The three platforms have clear divisions of labor and interconnected data, with specific roles as follows:

• vertiname.om (Main Site): The core management platform supports complete functions including registration, management, coordinate modification, and account maintenance for all types of addressing names. It serves all users (individuals, merchants, enterprises, etc.) requiring flexible addressing services.
• 3mc.tech (Query Tool): A dedicated query platform for couriers/delivery personnel. It features minimalist operation, allowing users to quickly obtain coordinates and simplified addresses by entering the addressing name and a 6-digit PIN code, with no registration required.
• post.3mc.tech (Dedicated Courier Site): An exclusive registration platform for addressing names with the @post suffix, focusing on fixed delivery address services for couriers. Coordinates can be set only once (no modification interface), offering low cost and high stability, suitable for fixed delivery scenarios like homes and pickup stations.

II. Core Concepts
2.1 Addressing Name
The Addressing Name is the core identity identifier of the Platform, adopting the format “username@suffix” (e.g., xxx@me, xxx@post, xxx@biz). Upon successful registration, it can be bound to a detailed address and latitude/longitude coordinates, enabling globally universal addressing and querying functions. Different suffixes correspond to different usage scenarios. The specific differences are shown in the table below:

2.2 PIN Code
The PIN Code is a 6-digit verification code used for identity authentication when querying the coordinates of an addressing name. It is set by the registrant of the addressing name. This ensures that only authorized personnel (e.g., couriers) can query the relevant location information, safeguarding privacy and security. The PIN code can be modified in the “Addressing Name Management” section of the vertiname.om main site.

2.3 Coordinates and Address
Coordinates refer to latitude and longitude (e.g., 39.9042° N, 116.4074° E), used for precise positioning. The address is the detailed delivery/office address, used to assist delivery personnel in confirming the location. All addressing names must be bound to at least one item (coordinates or address). It is recommended to bind both simultaneously to improve positioning accuracy.

III. Detailed Operation Guide for Each Platform
3.1 vertiname.om (Main Site) Operation Guide
3.1.1 Account Registration and Login

1. Open a browser, visit the vertiname.om main site homepage, and click the “Register” button in the upper right corner.
2. Choose a registration method: register via mobile phone number or email. Enter the corresponding information, obtain and fill in the verification code.
3. Set an account password (it is recommended to include letters, numbers, and special characters for enhanced security), check the box “Agree to the 《Vertiname Privacy Agreement》”, and click “Complete Registration”.
4. After successful registration, return to the homepage and click “Login”. Enter the registered mobile number/email and password to log in. If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it via verification code.

3.1.2 Addressing Name Registration

1. After logging into your account, click the “Register Addressing Name” button on the homepage to enter the registration page.
2. Enter the desired username (recommended to be concise and memorable, such as name initials, store name), select the suffix type (@me, @biz, @home), and click “Check Availability”.
3. If the username is available, select the registration period (1, 3, 5, or 10 years). After confirming the price, click “Next”.
4. Fill in the binding information: enter the detailed address, latitude/longitude coordinates (can be obtained via map positioning), set a 6-digit PIN code (for query verification), and click “Confirm Binding”.
5. Proceed to the payment page, select WeChat/Alipay to complete the payment. After successful payment, the addressing name registration is complete and can be viewed in “Personal Center - My Addressing Names”.

3.1.3 Addressing Name Management (Modify, Delete, Renew)

1. Modify Information: Log into your account, go to “Personal Center - My Addressing Names”, find the addressing name to be modified, click “Edit”. You can modify the bound address, coordinates, and PIN code (except for @post suffix). After modification, click “Save”.
2. Delete Addressing Name: Find the addressing name to be deleted, click “Delete”. After confirmation, the addressing name will become invalid immediately, and the corresponding address, coordinates, and other information will be deleted synchronously (irrecoverable).
3. Renewal: The system will send a renewal reminder (SMS/email) 30 days before the addressing name expires. After logging into your account, find the expiring addressing name in “My Addressing Names”, click “Renew”, select the renewal period, and complete the payment to extend usage rights.

3.1.4 Account Management
After logging into your account, enter the “Personal Center” to perform the following operations:

• Complete Personal Information: Modify supplementary information such as name, avatar, contact phone number to enhance account security.
• Change Password: Click “Security Center - Change Password”, enter the original password and new password to complete the change.
• View Orders: In “Order Management”, you can view all order records and invoice information for addressing name registration and renewal.
• Close Account: Click “Security Center - Close Account” and follow the prompts to complete the closure. After account closure, all personal information and addressing names will be deleted or anonymized within 15 working days (irrecoverable).

3.2 post.3mc.tech (Dedicated Courier Site) Operation Guide
3.2.1 @post Addressing Name Registration

1. Open a browser, visit the post.3mc.tech platform. The page will directly display the @post addressing name registration interface.
2. Enter the desired username (no need to manually enter @post, the system will automatically add it), and click “Check Availability”.
3. If the username is available, fill in the binding information: enter the detailed delivery address, latitude/longitude coordinates (can be obtained via map positioning), set a 6-digit PIN code, and click “Next”.
4. Confirm the registration information and price (¥1.99/year), select WeChat/Alipay to complete the payment. After successful payment, the @post addressing name registration is complete.

3.2.2 Notes

• The coordinates of an @post addressing name can be set only once; the platform provides no modification interface. If the location needs to be changed, the addressing name must be deleted and re-registered.
• If the service expires without renewal, the addressing name will be suspended. Related coordinate and address information will be deleted or anonymized after 3 months, not leaked or reused.
• The query method for @post addressing names is consistent with other suffixes. Enter the addressing name and PIN code on the 3mc.tech platform to query.

3.3 3mc.tech (Query Tool) Operation Guide
This platform is a minimalist query tool that requires no registration. Couriers/delivery personnel can use it directly. The operation steps are as follows:

1. Open a browser, visit the 3mc.tech platform. The page will display the query interface with two input boxes: “Addressing Name” and “6-digit PIN Code”.
2. Enter the complete addressing name (e.g., xxx@post, xxx@me), fill in the corresponding 6-digit PIN code, and click “Query Location Instantly”.
3. Upon successful query, the page will display the coordinates and detailed address corresponding to the addressing name. It also provides four navigation methods: Gaode Maps, Baidu Maps, Tencent Maps, and Cycling Navigation. Click the corresponding button to jump to the map navigation interface.
4. If the query fails (e.g., addressing name does not exist, PIN code error), the system will pop up a prompt message. You can check the information and query again.

IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
4.1 Addressing Name Registration
Q1: Can an addressing name be registered repeatedly?
A1: No. The combination of the same username and suffix is a unique identifier. If it has been registered, you need to change the username or suffix.
Q2: What should I do if I find the coordinates are incorrect after registering an @post addressing name?
A2: The coordinates of an @post suffix addressing name can be set only once and cannot be modified. You need to delete the addressing name and register a new @post addressing name with the correct coordinates.
Q3: How soon can I use the addressing name after registration?
A3: The addressing name becomes effective immediately after successful payment and can be queried directly through the 3mc.tech platform.

4.2 Query Related
Q1: What should I do if I forget the PIN code and cannot query the addressing name?
A1: The PIN code is set by the registrant of the addressing name. If forgotten, the registrant needs to log in to the vertiname.om main site and modify the PIN code in “My Addressing Names”.
Q2: When querying, it prompts “Addressing name does not exist”. What is the reason?
A2: It may be due to an input error (e.g., missing suffix, spelling mistake), or the addressing name has been deleted or expired without renewal. Please check the information and query again.
Q3: Can couriers obtain users' personal information (e.g., phone number, email) when querying?
A3: No. Couriers can only obtain the coordinates and simplified address corresponding to the addressing name. They cannot access sensitive user privacy such as account information or contact details, ensuring user privacy security.

4.3 Account and Renewal Related
Q1: How to reset the account password if forgotten?
A1: Visit the vertiname.om main site, click “Login - Forgot Password”, enter the registered mobile number/email, obtain the verification code, and then reset the password.
Q2: Will the addressing name be automatically renewed upon expiration?
A2: No. The addressing name will not be automatically renewed upon expiration. The system will send a renewal reminder 30 days in advance. If not renewed in time, the addressing name will be suspended, and related information will be deleted after the grace period.
Q3: Can previously registered addressing names be recovered after account closure?
A3: No. After account closure, all addressing names and personal information will be deleted or anonymized within 15 working days and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

4.4 Privacy and Security Related
Q1: How does the Platform protect my personal information and coordinate security?
A1: The Platform employs technical measures such as data encryption and access control to encrypt and store personal information; strictly controls internal personnel access permissions with signed confidentiality agreements; and requires PIN code verification for queries to ensure information is accessible only to authorized personnel. For details, please refer to the 《Vertiname Privacy Agreement》.
Q2: Can I withdraw my consent to the collection of personal information?
A2: Yes. Log in to the vertiname.om main site, go to “Personal Center - Security Center”, where you can withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information. Withdrawal will prevent continued use of related services but will not affect information processing completed before withdrawal.

VI. Supplementary Provisions

1. This user guide will be revised according to updates and optimizations of the Platform's services. After revision, it will be published in a prominent position on the homepage of each platform, and users will not be notified separately.
2. Your use of the Platform's services is deemed as your having read and understood the entire content of this user guide. If you violate the terms of this document, the Platform has the right to suspend or terminate the services provided to you.
3. The final interpretation right of this user guide belongs to the Platform.
